Quality Control - from raw material to the finished product

The most stringent quality control policies are at the heart of everything we do.  This encompasses working with carefully selected suppliers that adhere to the same industry and government standards that we do, alongside the technical knowledge, understanding and abilities of our teams.

This ensuring that the whole manufacturing process is of the highest standard, designed to produce the best quality products.

Our quality control checks are instigated throughout the whole of our manufacturing process, ensuring all our customers have peace of mind when it comes to the quality and efficacy of our products.  Our highly specialised Quality Control teams work hand in hand with our in-house laboratory to ensure the formulations we use, alongside the raw materials we source and our manufacturing process, produce the most effective and robust products.

We work with our customers to ensure that we meet the required standards so that they can be assured that the products which they receive from us meet and comply with current legislation.

ISO accreditation

Our commitment to manufacturing safe products conforms to the highest standards of international quality control and is guided by a series of comprehensive management systems that are in place.

We have been awarded three specific ISO certificates.  These demonstrate that best practice is thriving in our workplace and that we comply with the legal and regulatory standards that the whole company works too.  As well as guiding our manufacturing processes, quality control and checks, record keeping and staff recruitment and ongoing training are maintained.

ISO 9001 – The world’s most recognised quality management system standard that ensures we continually monitor and manage quality across our business and that we meet regulatory requirements.
